The classes are intentionally challenging and fun, and leave you rinsed out, refreshed and inspired! Through regular practice, you will see whole new possibilities on and off your mat, allowing you to manifest your dreams into reality. *All levels welcome, come exactly as you are.

the vinyasa yoga

Offers a variety of yoga postures and no two classes are ever alike. Vinyasa is a style of yoga characterized by stringing postures together so that you move from one pose to another, seamlessly, using breath. A good mix of breath and full-body movement with power poses for a balanced strength practice. A 60 min practice in studio. All levels welcome.

the burn yoga

Do not be deceived: slower is harder. At the slow burn, students will ignite postural+ stabilizer muscles, the posterior chain and deep core muscles (TA) that protect and heal the low back; thereafter, building to a slow, powerful flow intermixed with thoughtful alignment+ deep holds/stretches. The burn is a necessary addition to your power classes: improving chataranga, warriors and building students’ practices toward advanced postures like handstand and side crow. Come light the fire within.

the slow flow

An intentional journey into stillness through Pranayaman (breathwork) Asana (postures), and meditation. With concentration through the science of yoga, one gleams the peace of being centered within oneself. In this class, students will be guided at a steady pace to access this place. Cues on alignment, physical adjustments and guided meditations are the means. Your willingness to breathe and embrace stillness are the key. This is a practice of listening to your intuition. All levels welcome.

the core yoga

True strength comes from whole body integration and it all begins with the core. The transverse abdominis (the deepest of the core muscles) is responsible for supporting the larger muscles, the larger muscles are responsible for supporting the smaller muscles and the smaller muscles are responsible for supporting the bones and joints. When the deep core is no longer functioning, the effects are felt throughout the entire body. In this class you will reconnect to your core and learn how to integrate that strength into every posture you take. You can use the knowledge and experience you gain in this class to create a more functional and sustainable Yoga practice or strength training program. All levels welcome.

the yin yoga

Yin yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga with postures, or asanas, that are held for longer periods of time.  Yin yoga stretches and targets both the deep connective tissues between the muscles, and the fascia throughout the body. The aim is to increase circulation in the joints and improve flexibility as the poses stretch and exercise the bone and joint areas. It also helps us to regulate the body's flow of energy . The poses are held for up to 3-5 minutes, sometimes longer. All levels welcome.

the fundamentals

This class will breakdown the prerequisites and components of forward folds, backbends, etc. so that a beginner yogi can get the fundamental alignment and the more advanced yogi can learn to move past blocks in their practice or new ways of working toward the advanced poses.

the restorative

Restorative classes are the perfect compliment to your Power practice, and are a great starting place if you’re a beginner or simply love a gentle, meditative vibe. Taught to soothing music, teachers will guide you deeply inward during the class as you completely surrender into relaxation.  Restorative yoga postures are then integrated and held for 3 to 5 minutes while being supported by props. Taught in a gently warmed room. *Bliss for all levels.

the deep stretch yoga

Deep stretch is an active stretching class that targets primary muscle groups surrounding the hips, hamstrings and upper back. Living in a forward facing, seated world, these areas tend to be tight for everyone. Tight muscles can cause imbalance and pull the body out of alignment. Most poses are done on the floor and held for 2-3 minutes. Holding poses for longer periods of time and focusing on breath gives the body time to fully relax and open. The Deep Stretch is a great class for first time yoga students. Neither experience nor flexibility are required, just an open mind and a willingness to have fun while trying something new.
